In case of illness (cancellation protection)

If you had booked a cancellation protection through the ski school in case your child is unable to attend the course due to illness.

Upon presentation of a medical certificate, we will refund 80% of the unused portion of the course.

The cancellation protection can only be added directly at the time of booking.

If you wish to make use of the cancellation protection, please complete the application form below and return it to us.

Here you can edit an existing booking or request a refund.

Changes or cancellations up to 4 weeks before the course start are free of charge, as are requests regarding learning level or group allocation.
If your child becomes ill and you have booked the cancellation protection, please email a digital medical certificate to [email protected] and complete the form in full.
For cancellations, rebookings, or refunds of already booked rental equipment immediately before or during the course, a processing fee of €20 will be charged.
